Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a friendly Front Desk and Sales Associate to greet families, manage check-in, and support enrollment. You’ll learn our systems, answer phones, and guide visitors through the registration process with positive, customer-focused service.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires evening and weekend availability, basic computer skills, and the ability to maintain a tidy front area. CPR, First Aid and AED certifications are required through Goldfish Swim School.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator comfortable speaking with families in person and on the phone.
• Willingness to learn new software and use systems.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive in following through on tasks.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required through Goldfish Swim School.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and families at check-in and make them feel welcomed.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls.
• Guide families through student registration with sales and customer service.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with a solution-driven approach.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
