Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Front Desk and Sales Associate to warmly greet families, guide enrollment, and support the front desk operations. You’ll handle phone inquiries, perform outbound sales calls, and ensure a bright, welcoming environment for members and guests.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certifications. Evening and weekend availability is required in this part-time position.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator with families and staff.
• Willingness to learn new software/systems.
• Organized and dependable, proactive in completing tasks.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required by Goldfish Swim School.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and family warmly at check-in.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members.
• Guide families through student registration using sales and customer service techniques.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, with a solution-driven approach.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, snack area, changing rooms, restrooms, and lobby.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
