Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Front Desk and Sales Associate to welcome families, guide enrollment, and support members in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the friendly voice at check-in and a key contributor to member experience.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, processing registrations, and handling concerns with a positive, service‑minded approach. CPR/First Aid/AED certifications will be required, with evening and weekend shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with families and callers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and families at check‑in and ensure a warm welcome.
• Answer phones and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members.
• Guide families through enrollment and registration processes.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with care.
• Keep front desk and areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when needed.
