Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a friendly Front Desk and Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our front desk. You’ll greet families, guide enrollment, answer inquiries, and help with merchandise.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and availability for evenings and weekends. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required through Goldfish Swim School.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Ability to learn new software and systems.
• Experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and families warmly at check-in.
• Answer phones and conduct outbound sales calls.
• Guide families through enrollment using sales techniques.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
