Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk/Data Entry Specialist for the Military & Family Readiness Center at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role handles visitor greeting, switchboard duties, and accurate data entry into AFFIRST and DOD TAP systems.

You will manage class schedules, provide program information, and generate monthly usage reports while maintaining professional appearance and adherence to military protocol.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of prior customer service experience in a business or customer support environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage front desk operations and basic data entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reception Services: greet visitors, answer calls, and direct to appropriate staff.
• Provide clear information on procedures and promote M&FRC programs.
• Schedule classes/workshops including TAP programs.
• Data entry and maintenance in AFFIRST/DOD TAP with 85% accuracy within 2 business days.
• Send reminder emails to attendees prior to class start dates.
