Job summary

Flatwater Group is hiring a Front Desk/Data Entry Specialist for the 66 FSS/FSH Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role handles visitor reception, calls, and data entry into AFFIRST and DOD TAP with high accuracy, ensuring smooth front desk operations.

The position requires scheduling workshops, providing program information, and producing monthly client usage reports. In-person work with potential telework under directives, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of customer service experience in a business or support environment.
• Ability to operate data entry devices and web-based applications.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage telephone communications at the front desk.
• Provide information on programs and direct clients to staff.
• Schedule classes/workshops including TAP.
• Enter and maintain data in AFFIRST and DOD TAP with high accuracy.
• Send reminder emails and generate monthly usage reports.
