Job summary

Hendrick Collision Center of Kansas City is seeking a customer‑service oriented administrative professional to handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and support showroom/service area operations. You will maintain accurate timekeeping, CSI standards, and a clean, safe workspace in a busy collision center environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service or administrative experience in a high volume environment is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer skills to utilize the timekeeping system and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Takes accurate messages and directs calls to the appropriate department or person.
• Greet customers as they enter the lobby, showroom, or service area.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Records all hours worked accurately in the timekeeping system.
• Follow Safeguards rules and regulations and comply with company policies.
