Job summary

Koffex Accounting is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our office. You will greet and assist customers who visit in person, answer questions by phone and email, and ensure every visitor leaves feeling cared for.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes problem solving and teamwork. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling calls and emails, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (front desk, retail, call center, or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in person and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails, resolving questions or routing them to the right team member.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
• Process orders, payments, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our systems.
• Keep the front desk and customer waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed.
• During the off-season, spend at least two full days per week focused on sales and business development.
