Wayfinder Bishop, operated by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and provide information about local attractions.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a friendly personality. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be available for weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $20.00–$21.00 per hour with a 401(k) match and recognition programs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out, providing information about hotel services and local area.
• Ensure proper credit is received, notes special requests, and maintains accurate records.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Promote and upsell hotel programs and offerings.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth service.
