Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with check-in/check-out.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities and local area to assist guests.
• Resolve issues and surprise guests with positive recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to share information and ensure smooth operations.
