Job summary

Wayfinder Bishop, operated by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and provide information about local attractions.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a friendly personality. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be available for weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $20.00–$21.00 per hour with a 401(k) match and recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote and upsell hotel programs and offerings.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests.
