Smile Doctors in Annadale, VA is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to join our growing team. You’ll greet patients, determine visit type, verify insurance, collect information on first visits, and route calls to the appropriate team members, ensuring a smooth check-in.

This role handles scheduling, payments, shipments, and mail, supports internal marketing efforts, and helps maintain a friendly, efficient office culture.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and receive customers, determine the nature of visit and notify the appropriate team member.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and take messages as needed.
• Check in patients, verify insurance information and collect general information.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrival and readiness; make appointments as necessary.
• Print/reprint appointment reminders and school/work excuses; update charts.
• Handle payments, post to accounts, coordinate payments or account resolutions.
