The role requires 2-3 years of medical front desk experience, proficiency with EMR systems, and knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 terms. The position is on-site in Summerlin (Buffalo), Las Vegas, NV, with competitive benefits and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years front desk experience in a medical office; dermatology experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems; insurance verification and scheduling experience required.
• Knowledge of CPT/ ICD-10 terms; strong communication and math skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments.
• Prepare patient paperwork and update EMA data.
• Verify insurance eligibility and prior authorization.
• Collect copays and balances at check-in/out.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
