Smile Doctors in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator II to join our team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect information, schedule visits, process payments, and keep patient records up to date.

This role supports clinicians and enhances the patient experience at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 6 months in a similar role, strong communication skills, and may be bilingual.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months as a Smile Doctors Front Desk Coordinator I.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and receives customers, determines nature of visit, and notifies appropriate team member(s).
• Checks-in and collects information from patients on their first visit.
• Verifies insurance information, investigates issues, and works toward resolution.
