Burke Orthodontics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to join our growing team in Centerville, OH. You will greet patients, manage calls, verify insurance, and schedule appointments to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers, determine nature of visit, and notify appropriate team member(s).
• Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as needed.
• Checks-in and collects general information from patients on their first visit.
• Verifies insurance information.
• Notifies clinicians of patient arrival and readiness.
• Make appointments for returning patients as necessary.
• Prints appointment reminders and school/work excuses.
• Process payments and posts to accounts.
