Mindful Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated front-desk/customer-service professional for our Tacoma, WA location. This full-time role provides a warm, welcoming environment and supports mental health providers with administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly.

The position offers flexible schedules between 7:00am-3:00pm and 12:00pm-8:00pm, with potential for growth and professional development. Health benefits, PTO, holidays, 401k matching, and life insurance are included.

• Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
• Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
