Mindful Therapy Group in Bend, OR is seeking a part-time, in-office front desk coordinator to deliver friendly, professional customer service and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will greet clients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support therapists with administrative tasks while building skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

This role offers a welcoming team, flexible scheduling within Monday–Friday 7:00am–8:00pm, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Willingness to grow with professional development.
• Schedule flexibility; hours include 7:00am–8:00pm, 29 hours/week.
• Healthcare or mental health background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
• Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
