Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact at multiple dermatology clinics. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced environment and coordinating schedules across locations.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of medical front desk experience, familiarity with EMR systems, and strong communication, organization, and professionalism. Dermatology background preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of front desk experience in a medical office/clinic.
• Dermatology or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and scheduling.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have EMR experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Ensure paperwork and EMR forms are complete.
• Enter medical histories and prescriptions into EMR.
• Educate patients and respond to questions in person or by phone.
• Schedule new, returning, and follow-up appointments.
