Platinum Dermatology Partners seeks a courteous Front Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced clinics. You will manage greeting patients, phones, scheduling, and routine inquiries, while ensuring accurate EMA updates and smooth check-in/out processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of medical front desk experience, familiarity with insurance verification and CPT/ ICD-10 terminology, and a compassionate, client-first approach in a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of front desk experience in a medical office.
• Prior dermatology or cosmetic office experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of CPT/ ICD-10 terminology.

Aufgaben

• Handle front desk operations including answering phones and greeting patients.
• Schedule appointments and handle routine inquiries.
• Review EMA and update patient information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and prior authorizations.
• Collect copays and balances at check-in/out.
• Other duties as assigned.
