Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to manage patient flow, reception, scheduling, and check-in/out processes in a fast-paced dermatology clinic.

The role requires 2–3 years of medical front desk experience, preferably in dermatology or cosmetic settings, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with EMR systems and insurance verification is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of front desk experience in a medical office/clinic.
• Dermatology or cosmetic experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD terminology is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle routine inquiries.
• Review and update patient information; enter data in EMA.
• Verify insurance eligibility and prior authorizations.
• Collect copays and balances at check-in/out.
• Support other front desk duties as needed.
