• Completion of client engagement letters.
• Submitting/sending medical records.
• Greeting customers.
• Notifying staff of client arrival.
• Scheduling/confirming appointments.
• Verifying insurance.
• Completing portions of electronic health record data form.
• Distributing mail.
• Performing other general office duties.
