Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and serves as information hub for residents, families and guests.
• Routes calls and answers questions promptly and courteously.
• Offers refreshments to visitors where applicable.
• Manages appointment books for doctor and beauty services.
• Acts as concierge for residents (taxi calls, TV/cable issues, newspaper deliveries).
• Keeps lobby clean and welcoming.
