Job summary

Priority Life Care, LLC is seeking a Concierge (Receptionist) to warmly welcome residents, families, and guests and provide information to ensure smooth facility access. You’ll handle calls, greet visitors, and coordinate directions while upholding healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with no moving violations in the last four years.
• Must pass a background screening.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Works as the face of the community by providing a welcoming and informative experience for residents, their families, and the public.
• Operates telephones to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
• Greets visitors entering establishment and directs or escorts them to specific destinations.
• Performs word processing duties as assigned.
• May assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchair.
• Reports any issues or problems to the Executive Director.
• Complies with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards.
• Assists families and other visitors as needed.
• Promotes and exemplifies the Priority Life Care mission and values at all times.
