Job summary

Priority Life Care, LLC is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors at our Florida facility. The role includes answering calls, guiding guests, and assisting with basic clerical tasks in a senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last four years.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the facility, greet residents, families, and visitors.
• Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries.
• Escort visitors to destinations and assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs.
• Perform basic word processing and clerical tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health care and safety standards.
