Job summary

Priority Life Care, LLC is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the face of our community, greeting residents, families, and guests with professionalism. You will manage phone calls, provide information, and assist with directions and escort needs while supporting the Executive Director and facility operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and a background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass background screening.
• Prior experience in long-term care or health-related services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate telephones: answer, screen, and forward calls; provide information and take messages.
• Direct guests to their destination and assist with escorting when needed.
• Perform light word processing and clerical duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
