Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a friendly Receptionist to create a warm, welcoming experience for Participants, families, staff, and visitors. You will support the team by answering calls, greeting guests, and keeping front lobby organized in a steady, people-centered role.

This entry-level to junior role offers on-the-job training with potential for growth, a comprehensive benefits package, and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience.
• Experience with frail or elderly population is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet Participants, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist Participants and visitors with questions, directions, and general support.
• Ensure visitors and vendors sign in and out.
• Receive and sort incoming mail and newspapers.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and front entrance.
• Assist EMS staff by opening doors or managing elevator access when needed.
• Support Participant tracking as required.
• Complete filing, copying, and other clerical tasks for Center Manager and department leaders.
• Scan documents and help reduce paperwork backlogs.
• Participate in team discussions and quality improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
