Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, administrative support, or senior living preferred.
• Warm, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A natural ability to connect with people and make others feel welcome.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and basic office technology.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the community as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts based on community needs.
• Successful completion of required background screening and drug testing.
• Genuine appreciation for serving older adults and creating meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Create a positive first impression and ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with excellent customer service.
• Assist visitors with questions and connect them to the right team members.
• Serve as a positive representative of Prime and our hospitality standards.
• Build relationships with residents and assist with day-to-day requests.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and delivery items.
• Help welcome new residents and support smooth transitions into the community.
• Maintain resident directories and emergency contact information.
• Monitor check-in and safety systems and report concerns.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and departments as needed.
• Monitor entrances, cameras, and safety systems per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and reception area.
• Communicate maintenance concerns and resident needs to the appropriate department.
• Support community events, projects, and communications.
