Job summary

Touchmark at Coffee Creek in Edmond, OK is seeking a friendly Front Desk Concierge - Receptionist for weekend shifts to warmly welcome visitors, residents, and guests.

As the go-to person, you'll answer calls, assist with questions, support other departments, and help maintain safety and hospitality across the campus.

Qualifications

• A sincere commitment to memorable customer service and hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Understanding of security procedures is advantageous.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with professional demeanor.
• Comfort with answering phones and assisting residents and guests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Ability to stay calm and tactful with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and direct all incoming visitors and guests.
• Be the go-to person for residents, guests and team members seeking information or help overnight.
• Answer and monitor phone calls and relay messages as needed.
• Respond to resident concerns and provide support to other departments.
• Carry out campus rounds to support safety and well-being of the community.

We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge - Receptionist for Saturday and Sunday.

As the Concierge - Receptionist,you will enrich lives each day by warmly welcoming and directing all incoming visitors and guests, as well as become a "go-to" person for residents, guests and team members who have questions or need assistance overnight. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to answering and monitoring phone calls, responding to resident concerns, providing support for other departments, carrying out regular rounds of the campus to support the overall well-being of the Touchmark community.

The ideal candidate will:

• A sincere commitment to memorable customer service and hospitality
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have some experience in a customer service or hospitality position
• Have experience and/or understanding of security procedures
• Have CPR/First Aid certification
• Have an enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Be comfortable answering phones while greeting and providing information to residents, prospective residents and guests
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
