The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of receptionist or service-oriented experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, with evenings and weekends possibly required and a competitive benefits package.

Front Desk Reception

Pay: $15.50 - 17.50/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Available (evenings, weekends and some holidays may be required)

We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community.

• Exhibit high level of competency regarding Disaster Manual, including emergency systems, nurse calls, alarms and detection, sprinklers, water/gas main locations, trouble alarms,
  etc;
• Escort emergency services personnel to location of emergency

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of receptionist/concierge or service-oriented experience (hospitality or senior living preferred).
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• A calm, patient, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, families, and team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Word, Exceland ability to use basic office equipment.
