Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Receptionist/Concierge for our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. You will be the first friendly face residents, families, and visitors see, greeting people and guiding them through the front desk.

You will answer phones, support admissions and front office tasks, coordinate visits, and help with transportation and basic records as needed. A neat appearance and strong communication are essential to creating a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer/excel knowledge, and have the capacity to cover the medical records department as well.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones and direct calls or inquiries appropriately
• Support the admissions and front office teams with administrative tasks
• Provide information about the facility and help coordinate visits or tours
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with coordinating transportation and other resident services as needed
