Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a friendly Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors. You’ll support the Sales team with inquiries, help with move-ins, and maintain an organized front desk and Bistro area while handling routine admin tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with good time management and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls, take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and assist Sales inquiries.
• Support move‑in prep and marketing materials, front desk and Bistro.
• Manage appointments, mail, and resident rosters.
• Ensure safety protocols, visitor sign‑in, and emergency procedures.
