Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will support the Sales team, assist with move-in preparations, and maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.

Responsibilities include handling calls, managing appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks while upholding Sunrise's hospitality standards and privacy requirements.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
