Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet residents and visitors with warmth, route calls, and support the Sales team with inquiries. The role includes move-in preparations, marketing materials, and maintaining a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.

You will assist with recruitment and data entry, manage appointments, mail, and rosters, and ensure safety procedures and sign-in policies are followed, reflecting Sunrise’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
