• Entry-level front desk duties requiring strong customer service.
• Excellent telephone manner and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs calls or takes messages.
• May fax and photocopy information as needed.
• Maintains current resident, patient and staff directories.
• Assists with job applications and forwards to the appropriate department.
• Announces emergency codes and instructions over the PA system as required.
• Assists visitors with inquiries regarding resident and facility information.
