Job summary

The Orchards Health Center in Mission Viejo, CA seeks a Full Time Receptionist to manage incoming calls, greet residents and visitors, and perform clerical duties in a busy health-care setting.

Qualifications

• Two to three years general office, clerical, or concierge experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer all incoming calls courteously and professionally
• Greet visitors and provide information, directions, and assistance
• Log and distribute parcels, deliveries, and messages promptly
• Support general office duties including faxing and copying
