Job summary

Sunshine Retirement Living is seeking a Concierge for day shift weekends (3pm–11pm) at Creekside Oaks, Folsom, CA. You will staff the reception, handle calls, greet residents and guests, and support daily operations. This role requires excellent customer service, strong English communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Prior experience with multi-line phones and computer applications is preferred. You must be 18+, pass background checks, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with little supervision and meet deadlines.
• Experience with or ability to use a multi-line telephone system.
• Satisfactorily pass Sunshine’s and state regulated background checks, health screening and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Staff the reception desk continuously during assigned period.
• Graciously greet visitors and assist them as necessary.
• Maintain resident and guest Registers and daily logs.
• Monitor resident call and exit alarm systems and respond to emergencies.
• Direct mail and phone/fax communications to appropriate staff.
• Notify maintenance for resident or community requests and assist as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory as required.
