Job summary

Creekside Continuing Care Community is seeking a Concierge to create a welcoming environment and support our residents, families, and staff. You will greet guests at the door, assist with tours, handle calls and messages, and help coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You will build strong relationships with residents and families, organize files and move-in packets, and help manage accounts while promoting Cascade Living's mission.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communicator who connects with residents, families and staff.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ownership attitude with ability to prioritize and stay focused.
• Compassionate individuals who represent the community in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door and assist with tours as needed.
• Handle incoming calls and deliver messages.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Establish relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Manage, maintain and process payroll.
• Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to standards.
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure brochures and move-in packets are ready for tours and admissions.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
