The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking to handle scheduling, billing, and insurance verification while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dental software and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial tasks including co-payment collection, insurance verification, and daily reporting.
• Perform administrative duties such as mailing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Answer calls, provide information, and schedule/verify appointments.
• Explain dental procedures and policies to patients; present financial terms professionally.
• Track appointments and manage cancellations/no-shows to maintain schedule flow.
