• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse membership.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicate relevant guest information to appropriate departments.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed.
