Job summary

Mountainside Fitness in Queen Creek is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to warmly greet Members and guests, check them in, and set a positive tone at the start of every visit. You will handle basic office tasks, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth experience.

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse membership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Self-motivated and proactive — takes initiative and seeks out additional duties

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and concerns
• Communicate relevant guest information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed
• Operate standard office equipment including phones, computers, and copy machines
• Accurately perform basic math functions related to daily operations
• Complete tasks and assignments consistently and thoroughly, communicating any concerns to management
