Job summary

Mountainside Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to greet Members and guests, manage check-ins, and support daily club operations at our Gilbert, AZ location. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, communication, and reliability while you help maintain a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in Members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and relay information to appropriate departments.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed.
• Operate standard office equipment and perform simple daily calculations.
