Job summary

Mountainside Fitness, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to warmly greet members and guests, check them in, and handle inquiries at the Chandler club. The role emphasizes friendly service, safety, and smooth front desk operations within a busy fitness facility.

The position requires basic office skills, the ability to perform simple math, and reliable attendance. Training and drug screening are part of the on-boarding process, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate relevant guest information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed.
• Uphold and enforce club safety policies to protect the well-being of all Members and guests.
• Maintain a professional, conservative appearance in accordance with club dress policy.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks to help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Operate standard office equipment including phones, computers, and copy machines.
• Accurately perform basic math functions related to daily operations.
• Complete tasks and assignments consistently and thoroughly, communicating any concerns to management.
