Job summary

Mountainside Fitness in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a friendly Front Desk Attendant to warmly greet members and guests, check them in, and support a welcoming club experience.

You will respond to inquiries, relay information to the appropriate departments, assist with basic equipment orientation, and help maintain a safe, clean facility while performing light administrative tasks at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse membership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and check them in.
• Respond to guest needs and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicate relevant guest information to the appropriate departments.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members.
• Uphold and enforce club safety policies and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform basic office tasks and light cleaning to keep the front desk area tidy.
• Operate standard office equipment and perform basic arithmetic for daily operations.
