Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living LLC is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the information hub for residents, families, visitors, and staff at the community. You will also support computer processing tasks as appropriate.

You will welcome guests, route calls, assist residents, and help maintain a tidy lobby while offering refreshments and coordinating various appointment books. This role supports a warm, friendly community atmosphere and top-notch service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Expert knowledge of the telephone system and ability to teach others

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors immediately upon arrival.
• Professionally handle all phone calls and route callers or answer questions promptly and courteously.
• Offer refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors where applicable.
• Manage doctor and beauty appointment books.
• Manage beauty and barber appointment book.
• Act as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling telephone and/or cable problems, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.)
• Keep lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash
