You will greet visitors, answer calls, provide community overviews, support the Sales team with inquiries, assist with move-in preparations, and keep the front desk and Bistro welcoming and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
