Sunrise Senior Living in Dix Hills, NY is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families and visitors with warmth, manage the front desk, route calls, and support the Sales team with inquiries.

You will assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials, maintain a welcoming Bistro area, monitor safety protocols and sign-in, and help with basic office tasks to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities
