Job summary

Biltmore Farms is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and guide them from check-in to check-out at our hotel. You will understand guest needs, coordinate with teams, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Ideal candidates will be able to multitask, stay professional under pressure, and handle varying PM shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Previous hotel-related experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel through all stages of a guests' stay, from check-in to check-out.
• Accommodate guest requests whenever possible.
• Assign and register guests to available rooms.
• Coordinate room status with our other hotel teams.
• Familiarize yourself with all Biltmore Farms policies, procedures, and facilities.
• Be a considerate, creative, and confident concierge.
• Must be able to work a varying PM shift schedule including weekends and holidays.
