Biltmore Farms is seeking a Front Desk Agent to represent our hotel through every guest interaction, from arrival to departure, delivering friendly service and efficient problem solving.

You will handle guest requests, coordinate room assignments, and liaise with other hotel teams to ensure smooth operations. Prior hotel experience is valued; strong multitasking, math skills, and a guest-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel experience is desirable.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel during all stages of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out.
• Accommodate guest requests whenever possible.
• Assign and register guests to available rooms.
• Coordinate room status with other hotel teams.
• Familiarize yourself with Biltmore Farms policies, procedures, and facilities.
• Be a considerate, creative, and confident concierge.
• Work a varying schedule for AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.
