Job summary

Biltmore Farms is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests at check-in and manage requests with professionalism. You will coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel teams to ensure smooth stays, while adapting to a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

As the first impression of our hotel, you will represent our brand with courtesy, accuracy, and a solutions-oriented mindset, contributing to guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel during all guest stay stages from check-in to check-out.
• Accommodate guest requests whenever possible.
• Assign and register guests to available rooms.
• Coordinate room status with other hotel teams.
• Familiarize yourself with Biltmore Farms policies and facilities.
• Be a considerate, creative, and confident concierge.
• Must work varying AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.
