Job summary

Biltmore Farms, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the Front Office during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and upholding Hilton-level guest service standards at our Asheville property.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in hospitality, a two-year Associates degree preferred, and PM shift availability including weekends and holidays; starting pay is $18 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associates degree preferred.
• Hospitality/customer service experience required.
• Two years combined prior front desk and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk staff during the assigned shift.
• Create and communicate the daily sales strategy to the front desk staff to optimize hotel sell-out efficiency.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards and ensure they are followed.
• Train and develop current and new staff to perform at peak level and resolve guest issues.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff and guide guest service agents accordingly.
• Manage desk operations, handle guest concerns, and resolve issues during the shift.
• Serve as PM hotel Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Greet guests with a friendly, professional welcome and understand their requests.
